As the Fullstack Agentic AI Tech Lead at Aplos, I collaborated with the engineering manager, product director, and engineering team to develop an AI-powered SaaS product that effectively matches customers with relevant items from a comprehensive multi-source catalog. I designed and implemented embedding-based semantic matching, achieving a tenfold increase in core page load speed using HNSW vector search and precomputed rankings. I successfully launched the ingestion and scraping platform, ensuring it remained resilient against failing sources. Additionally, I integrated billing, authentication, and feature flags utilizing Next.js, Vercel, Neon Postgres, Trigger.dev, Firecrawl, Stripe, FusionAuth, and Flagsmith, employing a specification-driven agentic workflow with Cursor agents.

As a Senior Consultant, I provided specialized expertise in designing and implementing authentication and authorization solutions for their complex enterprise system. My engagement involved conducting thorough discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and existing system constraints, followed by designing a comprehensive authentication strategy with clearly defined milestones and deliverable tasks. I took a hands-on approach and helped to migrate all existing customer code to align with the new authentication methodology, ensuring seamless integration without disrupting ongoing operations. Additionally, I developed and executed the start of custom migration scripts to transfer legacy data to the new authentication framework, maintaining data integrity throughout the transition process. This short-term engagement showcased my ability to quickly understand complex systems and deliver critical infrastructure improvements with minimal disruption to business operations.

As FullStack Hands-On Architect, I spearheaded the development of a comprehensive full-stack solution from conception to production. My work began with creating a new frontend project from nothing to a fully working POC in just 1 month, meticulously following the fullstack 12 factors methodology to ensure scalability and maintainability. I then architected and implemented the backend using a Python microservices architecture, leveraging FastAPI for high-performance APIs, GRPC for efficient inter-service communication, and PostgreSQL for robust data persistence. The architecture featured a custom-built authorization and authentication system designed for enterprise-grade security, along with a sophisticated contract generation system utilizing GRPC protocols. This comprehensive solution demonstrated my ability to rapidly deliver full-stack applications while maintaining architectural best practices and implementing complex business logic.

In 4DCO I build the entire UI from scratch. I did so in a super-fast time of 3 months from nothing to Beta and another 6 months going to production. I decided to use the latest stack and technology such as NX monorepo, React (hooks), Mobx, GraphQL, and so on.
