During my time at Melio, my main objective was to revamp the Android application, making it more scalable and compatible with software development kits (SDKs). As the leader in application architecture, I undertook the task of designing the application from scratch, incorporating the latest technologies and ensuring a great user experience (UX). By leveraging cutting-edge technologies and emphasizing intuitive design principles, I aimed to create a highly scalable Android application that not only supported various SDKs but also provided users with a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Mobile Architect

OneZero Bank, the first independent bank to be established in Israel in over 40 years, operates entirely in the digital realm without any physical branches. As a consultant, I had the privilege of joining OneZero Bank during its early stages. Initially, I contributed as part of the first R&D team, responsible for assessing and evaluating the mobile applications that were developed offshore.

As the bank evolved, a pivotal decision was made to establish the R&D department in Israel. It was at this juncture that I took on the role of tech lead, leading the Android application infrastructure. In this capacity, I was entrusted with designing and constructing the application architecture, ensuring a robust foundation for the mobile banking experience.

As a tech lead at OneZero Bank, my responsibilities include leading Android teams, designing architecture, selecting technologies, conducting code reviews, and interviewing candidates.

Mobile Architect

DayTwo is a precision medicine company that utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning to develop personalized nutrition, diagnostic, and therapeutic solutions based on the microbiome.

In my role, I took charge of the second generation of the Android application at DayTwo. This involved designing the architecture, selecting appropriate technologies and frameworks, and building the application from the ground up. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in mentoring team members, actively participated in and led feature design discussions, and collaborated closely in decision-making processes. As part of my responsibilities, I also conducted thorough code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices.

Pepper is a pioneering digital bank with a mission to revolutionize the banking experience. By leveraging smart technology, Pepper aims to provide customers with a proactive, mobile-first approach that is simple, transparent, and personalized.

As the lead developer, I took on the responsibility of designing and building the Investing application at Pepper from scratch to production. This involved creating the application architecture, implementing key features, and ensuring its successful deployment. Additionally, I actively collaborated with other teams, contributing my expertise to various applications within the organization.
